Doch was macht ein schönes Lächeln aus? Eine tolle Ausstrahlung und vor allem schöne Zähne – willkommen zu meinem tooth care special.

Wir alle möchten strahlend weiße und gepflegte Zähne, doch in der Zeit der Kaffeesucht und der Asai-Bowl müssen wir so einiges tun damit unsere Beißerchen schön bleiben.
Verfärbungen bleiben über die Jahre kaum aus, da auf unserem Speiseplan genügend Lebensmittel stehen, die unsere Zähne verfärben. Kaffee, Tee und die verschiedensten Früchte. Alles Dinge auf die wir ungern verzichten möchten. Und das müssten wir auch nicht! Es bedeutet nur ein wenig extra Pflege, um unsere Zähne für alle das schöne Lächeln vorzubereiten.
Um meine Mitmenschen mit einem schönen, strahlenden Lächeln zu erfreuen, erweitere ich mein normales Tooth Care Ritual um ein spezielles Pflegemittel – Zahnstocher!

We all want bright, white and well-groomed teeth, but in the time of the coffee addiction and the acai-bowl we have to do something special to keep our teeth beautiful.
Discolorations are hardly left out over the years, since there is enough food on our menu card which discolor our teeth. Coffee, tea and a variety of fruits. All things we wouldn’t like to live without. And we don’t have to! It just means a little extra care to prepare our teeth for all the beautiful smiles.
To delight the world with a beautiful smile I extend my normal teeth care ritual to a special something – tooth care sticks!

Zahnstöcker? Das habe ich ja noch nie gehört! Wahrscheinlich werden nicht vielen von Euch diese Dinger kennen, aber ich liebe sie und bin einfach begeistert! Es sind kleine Stöcker aus Weichholz, die mit einer Art Mundspülung getränkt sind. Sie werden gekaut und reinigen und pflegen dabei unsere Zähne! Zum einen stärken sie den Kiefer und zum anderen helfen sie unglaublich gut gegen Verfärbungen.
Zu Beginn kaut man darauf rum, bis eines der Enden ausgefranst ist. Danach verwendet man das ausgefranste Ende wie eine Zahnbürste und in null komma nichts fühlen sich die Zähne toll an.

Doch wo bekommt man nun die Zahnstocher? Ich bekomme sie immer direkt aus Ghana von meinem Papa, doch bekommt ihr sie auch in einem Agro-Shop um die Ecke! Es ist kein herkömmliches Mittel, welches man hier in Deutschland kennt, doch mich haben meine Zahnstöcker voll und ganz überzeugt. Also probiert es aus und zeigt mir eurer schönstes Lächeln

ENG// Teeth care sticks? I’ve never heard of that before! Probably not many of you will know these ones, but I love them and am just thrilled! These are small sticks made out of softwood, soaked with a kind of mouthwash. We have to chew and it will clean and care our teeth! On the one hand they strengthen the jaw and on the other hand they help incredibly well against discoloration.
At the beginning you chew on it, until one of the ends is frayed. Then you use the frayed end like a toothbrush and in a flash our teeth feel great.

But where do you get the teeth care sticks? I always get them directly from Ghana from my dad, but you get them in any afro-shop around the corner! It isn’t a conventional care method, which is well known here in Germany, but I have convinced. So try it and show me your most beautiful smile.
